Am a fitness junkie in QLD, Australia who loves spending time on the weight floor more than anything!
Am wondering if the DVDS or anything to do with Mike's training approach are available in Aust?
Have had extreme success with training to date, having lost 20kg & now hovering around 16-17% body fat. Not too scruffy for a 36 yr old female, I think. The hardest thing though is to secure the subtle feminine 6-pack abs. They are the thing I just can't quite get.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
