Mike The Situation’s Workout
- His fitness & exercise program consists of training 5 to 6 days per week
- You will utilize approximately 3 to 4 exercises for each training session
- Watch your diet… NO carbs after 8 pm
- Perform one hour of cardio per day
- Your diet and nutrition program is critical stick to 50% protein, 40% carbs and 10% fat
- Use flaxseed oil or fish oil capsules

Well, in this day and age of "more is better" this may come as a big shock to bodybuilding novices.
Nevertheless, Sorrentino doesn't believe in performing a lot of exercises in his bodybuilding routine. Mike, who professes to be a personal trainer, absolutely knows his stuff.
Muscles Only Grow When They Are Resting
The fastest way to experience a "Muscle Building Plateau" is to over train.
That's why Mike only trains one body part per day – 3 to 4 exercises per session. Regarding the number of repetitions and sets there wasn't much information. Other than that he does approximately 3 to 4 sets per exercise.
